Having an allotment I’m always looking for recipes to use with our homegrown goodies.
I found this a few weeks ago and finally cooked it for lunch today using my mum as a guinea pig.

I used homegrown courgettes, spring onions, garlic and flat leaf parsley. The pasta I used was Wild Garlic pasta that I’d found at the shop at RHS Harlow Carr in Harrogate last week.
