Quick Homegrown Apple and Blackberry Crumble

We all needed a quick sugar rush tonight.
What better than to get inspiration from your garden.
I picked apples from our little tree and blackberries from the bushes overhanging the bottom of our garden.
I put the oven on at 180 degrees. Peeled and sliced the apples and put them into an oven dish with the blackberries and some caster sugar. This went into the oven to soften the apples while I made the crumble for the top.

110g plain flour
40g butter
20g light muscovado sugar
20g dark musvovado sugar
30g oats

Rub the flour and butter together, stir in the sugar and oats. Pour over the top of the pre heated crumble. Bake for 25 minutes.

Enjoy with cream, custard or ice cream.
