I love my sandcastle bundt tin from Nordic Ware.
This is my new favourite chocolate cake, it’s originally from my Double Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bundt.
250g softened unsalted butter (I used Clover for this cake)
100g caster sugar
330g light brown muscovado sugar
3 large eggs
225g plain flour (all purpose)
90g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
135ml sour cream
150g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
