These little cakes are absolutely delicious.
They contain flour, ground almonds, eggs and marzipan with fresh blueberries on the top.
I used Renshaw white marzipan, blueberries from Aldi and eggs from Tomlinsons Farm Shop in Pudsey.
I love anything with almonds and marzipan and these are no exception. Absolutely scrumptious straight from the oven. Once cooled you get bursts of blueberries and then pockets of marzipan.
Quick and easy to make.
