This is a gorgeous light sponge with spices making it taste divine.
It’s a recipe designed by the very lovely Rachel McGrath better known as Dolly Bakes. It’s known as the Matilda Bundt.
It’s one of those bundt cakes that tastes amazing and will suit any occasion.
